Another Good Year at John Hanson - Year 11 Results 2012
I am very pleased to report that the graduating students from John Hanson have collectively and individually achieved very well. 73% of our students have 5 or more good passes in GCSE or equivalent courses, 53% of these including English and Mathematics.
Whilst congratulating all of our students, we would particularly like to recognise the following students:
Beyond the students, I would like to acknowledge the contribution of school staff, parents/carers and others who have played their part in supporting the youngsters to achieve so well. For the school in a general sense, I am also delighted that we have consolidated our excellent results from last year. This profile, supported by the positive Ofsted report in June 2011, takes us into the next year with real confidence, and further enhances our growing reputation as a school where we ‘challenge students to be their best’.
