An introduction to Parent Portal
The Parent Portal system has been designed to improve communication between home and school and to allow you as parents/carers to take a more informed view of your children’s progress at school.
The Parent Portal system holds data in a secure manner and only authorised persons have access to the data held here. Authorised persons are the child’s parents/carers (or persons with parental responsibility) and certain administration staff at the school.
After you have logged in, you will be able to access your children’s timetable, reports and other information from within the Parent Portal. In time, this system will also allow you to access their attendance record and to be informed if your child has not arrived at school. As more parents join the portal, the school will be able to make savings on paper and postal costs by providing access to important information online.
To access the system, follow the Parent Portal icon on the website and complete the registration process. You will receive an email confirming your request for a login and how to login to the Portal Site. This may take up to 24 hours after submitting your details.
From Easter 2012, school reports and Contact will be distributed via the Portal. If you are unable to receive communication over the internet, relevant documents will be available for collection from the school reception.
We are sure that parents/carers will find the portal very useful as a means of keeping track of their child's progress.
The system has been designed to be easy to use, with no need to read through pages of documentation. However there are more detailed guidelines available by following this link which should help with any questions. The Parent Portal system gets information directly from the schools SIMS management system and is updated in near real time throughout the day.
To log into the system you will need to have been issued with a password by the school. This is set up by registering your details with us through this link

On completion of the details on this form, submit your details and you will receive an email confirming your request for a login and how to login to the Portal Site. This may take up to 24 hours.
