Extra-Curricular Opportunities

This year, we have a much expanded programme of extra-curricular sporting opportunities accessible to students of all ages.The updated programme can be viewed via the link above.

For PE activities, please be aware of the following:

• Clubs run from 1515 to 1615
• Normal school rules concerning PE kit apply
• Any interested students should simply turn up to the first session (with the
exception of Trampolining Clubs, Fitness Classes and Gym Induction)
• Students who wish to be considered for a school team are encouraged to
attend the appropriate club/practice
• In Years 10 & 11, clubs marked with an * will involve students paying a fee.
This is because we are employing external coaches and/or facilities for the
sessions. Students interested in these sessions should collect a letter from
the PE Faculty. Places at these clubs will allocated on a ‘first come, first
served’ basis.
• Trampolining Clubs have a maximum number of 20 students due to Health
and Safety guidelines. Students will need to register their interest in advance
with Mrs Vokes. Failure to attend regularly may jeopardise your place in this
club as we anticipate we may have to run a "waiting list".
